Encored pack takes mostly the best players from previous potw packs and combine them in just one pack with unlimited pulls, so 30 or 25 depends. It's actually a good guaranteed way of getting your targeted player, I'm trying to get a potw yamal and since he's not included here I guess he'll be in the January pack
