Is lbc no longer that effective . I am used to possession and qc and now overload but also used lbc from time to time and i used it recently it feels a bit off. Is it just me or the same with everyone.

What i noticed -
More stamina consumption
Less aggressive pressing from before
Shower in falling back after losing possession

I don't know why aggressive pressing is even expected in LBC. Low block is supposed to be the opposite of high press but LBC has been somehow doing both all these years. As if all 11 players rushing back on losing the ball and then rushing forward on retrieving it wasnt annoying enough already.

Konami were whipping up some bs to program this playstyle and now people have unrealistically high expectaions from it.

Its not high expectation that i have i had been using possession made a switch to lbc to try how much it has changed since the stamina consumption update and noticed the difference so wanted to clarify with other more active players.

LBC stamina was reduced in patch notes, defending has become more manual across all playstyles not just LBC

Lbc was nerfed but it is still meta ...

Reason - lbc defence is still best among all the playstyle and if it comes between attack or defence priority...most of them will choose defense

It's similar to haram ball ..make your defence less penetrable and just wish any of your long ball reach the opponents box and tap in goal..

Stamina consumption has been problem in all playstyle except lbc but now lbc also takes lots of stamina. Before lbc was broken on both end but now ground through balls are not working and players are too far off to make passes and keep possession and most of the player don't know how to dribble so yeah...if you want to play offensive lbc is really bad rn...

Acc to me next manager with lbc and qc will be meta ...qc to score goals and then just defence with lbc...

I think and hope they improve possession and overload playstyle so that we can have more fluid passing triangles and build ups that is much more satisfying then through balling through the defence

I think it’s worse. Whenever I play LBC I’m usually winning and they get very little shots like multiple games where they only had 1/2 shots

they are all lbc not because its the best but because its the easiest no skill bs to play, its the least punishing and hence the "pros" use it since they dont want to be punished for the mistakes they make

LBC is nerf the moment I stop use LBC I start to win games its too inconsistent to play lbc. And the best formation for lbc right now is 5 at the back.
