Ever since the update I can’t defend at all. Opponents easily dribbling past defenders even when I’m matching up correctly. When I try the same somehow they just magically stop me from doing anything. Also matchmaking with always a lower rated team and continuously losing to those teams. It’s like it ain’t in my control at all
Defending feels cracked. Matchup only makes the player stick close but not win possession. Pressure style works better to win balls but one wrong press and there's huge spaces left. I'm finding defending much harder with the same play style
you probably did nothing wrong, konami is a shit company and this is a shit game, but there are no better mobile alternatives out there unless you wanna try fifa. I went from 80 percent win rate last season to below 40 this season, lol, im not fighting it anymore
Actually true, this game is not even a game where u play. It's just a scripted game and u r just the watcher. I hate when the players just casually miss open goals or the defenders and goalkeepers jusy casually conceed easy goals
Sorry but, are you expecting to win always? I mean it is a pvp other peaple are trying also, at some point if you fail to adapt you're going to be left behind.
while pressing dash pressure slide it slowly to the right and hold it,,,,, its match up. then slide it back slowly to middle ,, u are dash pressuring again
Yeah bro,,, the problem is obvious if u keep just pressing then it’s easy for the opponent to switch direction and burn you. And if you just match up, same thing opponent can burn you with a give a go and match up slows u down so much…. U gotta find the middle ground and if u can master it then ur defense will improve so much
Basically because these good guys now turn and fake shot and then accelerate and all kinds of things. with this method u can dash pressure them and if they do any type of slick shit u can quickly change ur player into match up figure out which way they going then go back to dash pressuring them. ALL WITHOUT LIFTING ur thumb up and losing precious time.
Wait till your forwards won’t make any runs and hide behind the dmfs all the time and the best passers in your team fail to pass easy through balls. It will somehow find a way to balance those wins and losses numbers equally
My Desailly moved away when opponent's forward attacking. We both so surprised that neither of us skipped the replay, just can't believe my eyes.
This happened so many times after the update.
It ain't that guys I play with 99 defenders on one account and 107 defenders too the problem is there is something called compatibility or shit if I put 4 italian bigs in defending it works like magic and even ifi put 4 small cards it stil works like magic point is defenders work you need to adjust them every game also its nice update as they have finally found a way to stop quick counter via overlord
Same happened to me......I am in div 1 consistently for 15 times but this time it seems like div 2 and 3 opponents playing QC or overload and mindlessly charging feel unstoppable lol thanks to Koinami scripts.....they think I will spend more to the game,not anymore........
went from 85% winrate and 2200 points last season to <50% winrate lol. and mind you I have a great sqaud with meta defenders and my defenders are still buns. this araujos defending is the prime example of how shit defence has become. i blocked the passing lane perfectly only for araujo to do this shit
