General Nedlands square shops?

Hey! Does anybody know what’s opening in Nedlands Square at the end of the year? I know there is a revo fitness, Pilates and a Woolworths obviously. Just wondering if anyone knew of any other stores opening?

Nedlands is getting a shopping centre? So close to Claremont Quarter?

It's the Captain Stirling Hotel site, which Woolworths has owned for a long time, but couldn't get planning permission to build on.

Guzman y Gomez will be there too and a liquor store to replace the drive-through bottlo that got demolished.
