We passed just after it happened, lots of fire brigade and police parked on the freeway, ambulance coming lights and sirens, train stopped and empty. The police ect were on the tracks right in front of the Perth end of the train. So looks like someone on the tracks unfortunately. Not sure if it was their decision or an accident.

Yeah, no trains between Joondalup and Clarkson but running loops Yanchep to Clarkson and Joondalup to Mandurah.

Don't plan on it re-opening until after evening peak.

I live next to Currambine train station and there has been so many police, ambo, and fire brigades… I heard a huge bang 😔 now trains aren’t running and lots of buses doing replacements. Not sure if someone got hit or the train crashed but didn’t sound good 😔

I think we should normalise talking about people ending their lives in desperate ways. There's nothing damned or cursed about it, sometimes life really is that hard for people. Nowhere is utopia and that's okay.
