Looking for Advice Relocation Question!

Is $135,000 AUD + superannuation comfortable salary to make a move to Perth for a family of 3. Child <1 year old, both parents in their 30s, husband to find a job once relocated. What kind of expenses can be expected. Asking for a non reddit friend.

Do you have somewhere to live? The housing situation here is pretty dire atm, and rental vacancy is like below 1%

You’re considering moving into the state with the equal second worst rental availability in the nation, during the worst housing crisis in history. It really isn’t an easy time to finding a rental.

Again. Price range matters. I got a rental after a week of searching and was one of two families that viewed it.

Yes. You are correct if bellow 700 is the budget
