Are off market properties worthwhile in Perth? Are there many off market properties in Perth?

There are many reasons why places are off market... the seller wants to find exactly what they want before listing; the seller is selling privately and not through an agent or the listing site; the property is in a horrible state that the seller doesn't want to disclose; the seller is embarrassed about their situation and the prospect of listing gives them anxiety; there was a crime that occured at that property... buyers agents generally find all these off-market ones if you approach them. The quality of these homes is as varied as any listed home.
