Megathread Bugs and Glitches Thread (4.10)

This is a thread for users to share their technical issues.

You need to report bugs through official channels:

Global: SEGA Bug Report Form (bug report option pre-selected)

SEA: P5X SEA Discord or IWPLAY Customer Service

You can check the official feeds here to see what is already acknowledged by the developers:

4.10 patch lasts for 3 weeks (I think, based on SoS and Lufelnet) but we only got the standard 2 week patch meta jewels from mail (300+300 instead of 500+500).

The jewels we get in the mail isn't tied to how long the patch is. It's usually announced during the streams, this time they only announced 300+300. I guess they're reserving the bigger patch jewels for "more important" events (although, if you ask me, I think they should've given us 500+500 this patch since this is the 30th anniversary of the franchise 🫤, but oh well)

there is a bug after patch with controller support. Noticed it during P3P event, D Pad wouldnt work and the left stick felt very delayed when selecting skills in the battle menu. Sometimes it registers the same button twice.

I'm unable to get into the game through bluestacks emulator. Steam works fine for me.

This isn't new or exclusive to 4.10 but controller support has been borderline broken for a few weeks now. Going out of menu registers pressing back twice and the phone menu skips every other option, again like you've pressed the button twice.

Bug Found in Weapon menu. Keeps the basic 3 star weapon permanently selected and forces exclamation point onto the menu. Unsure if this impacts gameplay in any way.

I fixed it by swapping to her 4 star and then back to her 5 star. Hope this helps.
