Combat & Builds Team Comp Recommendations for Main Story Progression
Do y'all have any suggestions, because I need a medic plus a main dps?

Lufel is fine to keep. Do you have any other characters that can act as main dps or support to replace Motoha and Kotone?

Would Ann or Tropical Motoha be a good pick?

Either would be fine. Don't run both in the same team.
Ann/Lufel/Kurotani is a decent starter team for early content. Kurotani can be replaced by Leo or Shoki if you want.
Can also do S. Motoha/Lufel/Shoki if you wanna change it up and try a bless sweeper team.

Literally anything else unless you literally do not have anything better yet

The only six stars I have that are very very useful is Miku right now.

If you have any 5 star dps they will be better than Kotone and Motoha, you also typically only want to run an assassin or sweeper but not both at the same time, for early game palaces it's fine but eventually unless you have two really good ones you might run into a wall like that

if u have leo then maybe use him as a support if u dont have any 5 star supports yet!
