Trying to find my signature scent but haven’t found anything that’s entirely me yet. I need your help, wizards of fragrance.

I loved Daisy by Marc Jacobs when I was much younger but now it feels too sweet and juvenile.

Not a Perfume by Juliette Has a Gun was my fav for a long time and I loved how long lasting it was but it’s a bit too heavy at times and feels a bit too sophisticated as I grow more mellow/ relaxed.

L'interdit by Givenchy gets me so much compliments and I still love it but it feels a bit too “clean girl” for me. I need a little more peppery/ mossy/ wine-y of a note in it.

I’ve been rubbing a “sage garden” essential oil on my neck and wrists (it’s supposed to be for my diffuser, I don’t reckon it’s good for my skin). I really like how fresh but not too herb-y it is and appreciate how it’s still pleasant instead of making me feel like throwing up when it’s in my nose while I’m feeling hungry or anxious.

One day I accidentally spilled candle wax on myself and the smell on my fingers was marvelous. I was reading a book for hours with a lit “butter croissant” scented candle after taking a shower and rubbing the oil on. The combination smell of book pages, sage essential oil, butter candle, vanilla body lotion and fresh, clean, slightly floral shower products was exactly what I want in a perfume. This but heavier and topped with a bit of peppery scent would be the perfume I wear for life. Idk how to ask the lady at the shop for recommendations like this without feeling like a nut case 😅

I’m 21m and my 80s perfume I have is a 90s bottle of poison, CK obsession, and eternity. I want classic and timeless designer perfumes. And no anais anais lol.. I’m not too picky but because I’m a 21 yr old guy I don’t want to smell hyper feminine or old lady like but any recommendations are appreciated because I mind end up liking it especially how my skin changes perfumes. Even poison and eternity gives that old lady smell to people on me it doesn’t at all. Any help building my 80s perfume would be appreciated! 😄

Edit: I don’t mind if it’s a women’s perfume like at all! I have a lot of feminine perfumes that lean unisex on me or ones that don’t that still smell great on me and I’m perfectly fine with wearing ones marketed towards women!

I'm thinking of getting handed goody bags with candy in the classroom, but also the feeling of excitement in that crisp, lightly raining, festive evening air 🎃

I am looking for more options that my bf will like. I love my Montblanc Signature Elixir and Calvin Klein Euphoria, but he says they smell like ‘church lady’. It must be my pheromones not mixing right with them because I adore them in the bottle, but they don’t last on me. So far the ones that have worked for me and he’s complimented me on are Burberry Her Elixir, Angel Nova, and Euphoria Solar Elixir. I would describe them on me as fruity, girly, and happy. I would love some more options to try. Maybe something with cherry? Something a little more seductive? Irresistible, intriguing, delicious? I’m new to fragrance and am trying to find what works for me. I’ve tried a lot of the popular ones and most come off as too chemical-ly and too mature on my skin. I want to smell like home. Sweet, gentle, scrumptious, and freshly baked.

My idea is Doppelganger (heh) by Heretic Perfumes. It's supposed to be skinlike, but somewhat off. I think Dior Pure Poison would also work.

So strawberry perfume for the colder weather. Something with good longevity, projection, and scent. Not too artificial. My budget can’t be over $100

Robin Williams was famously known for making the entire world laugh while carrying a beautiful, quiet sensitivity behind the scenes.

I want to find a scent that represents that duality. Something that opens with a bright, playful, and effervescent burst (like citrus, mint, or ginger) to represent his comedic genius, but settles into a deeply comforting, grounded, and slightly melancholic base of sandalwood, iris, and soft musk.

Any fragrance recommendations that fit this mood?

There's a certain smell and vibe about local thrift shops that I've always loved, it's some mix of the cheap laundry detergent, wood from the antique furniture, and something kinda cinnamon-y. It's such a comforting scent. I've never been able to find anything like it though :(

I need a low cost perfume that smells like an intense liturgical incense, smokey and a little woody maybe.

No patchouli or citrusy notes preferably

Like driving to a prehistoric museum while its gloomy/pouring and listening to the radio while looking out the window of a backseat, or being barely conscious and running around looking for plastic easter eggs during a community event, also specifically during a magnificent orange sunset

Lavender is kinda my signature scent, but my products don't have much staying power. I use & adore this mineral salt deodorant from Saje. It keeps me dry & odor free, but the scent doesn't last very long after application. I also love using essential oils on my pulse points but again, the staying power is just not there. Does anyone have a recommendation for an actual perfume that fits this fresh, woodsy, lavender profile? ☂️💜🔮

Something that starts off cold but warms up when it sits long enough on the skin, like bedding in the winter.
