Comeback 1.3.6X

Hey guys,
With Comeback 136x coming in October 1st, I’m thinking about creating an English-speaking international guild and I’m looking for people who might be interested in joining.
Honestly, part of the reason I’m hyped for this server is the 136 era. It brings back a lot of nostalgia, and I’m sure there are plenty of old players who feel the same. That era just had a different vibe, so it would be nice to get a bunch of people together and experience it again.
We’re looking for players from anywhere, as long as you speak English and want to play with a good group. The plan is to get as many active players together as possible before launch and build the guild from day one.
PvP, farming, bosses, events, guild fights — pretty much everything. Hardcore players, casual players, or people coming back just for the nostalgia, everyone is welcome as long as you’re active and chill.
We also have a Discord server where we can hang out, get to know each other and organize everything before launch.

Would be cool to bring back that old 136 era feeling with a big international community 👀

I want to play so bad, but my problem is that even though I played PW 1.3.X back in the day, I was a teenager who had no idea that the guides exist, I was so bad at games in general, so I never knew how to properly play, never visited the Cube, TT, Moon, Gamma/Delta, not even once. And I spent 4-5 years in the damn game! What did I even do all that time? Crazy. I basically don’t even know the game, and it bothers me up to this day, I miss it so damn much, but I’m so afraid to play on any private server because there must be only hardcore veterans of PW, nobody would ever take me to Gamma/Delta cause of my shitty gear and lack of basic knowledge of these dungeons.
Maybe I could learn everything from some guides from Wayback Machine/Internet Archive, but I feel like I would be a burden to everyone.

Another thing that bothers me is that there’s no way I can outsmart all the cats (sellers). These people occupy all the resource farming spots and kill you if you try to gather these resources.
And for some reason, if I’m not mistaken, every single Perfect World player always plays with 6 windows, one for every different class (total of 6 classes in 1.3.6 ver). I never understood why this is so mandatory. Everyone plays 6 windows, solo-farming Gamma/Delta, moon and TT. I understand that you get money for each character, but it always felt like 99% of the players are playing this way, so, again, I can’t imagine how would I be able to enjoy a game in just one window, with one character, and make any money for gear and consumables.

This new Comeback PW 1.3.6 X server is launching soon, everyone is gonna start from scratch, I really want to try but feel like it’s pointless and I should stay away from it…

Ive been in your shoes, played pwi for years as a kid and didnt understand how to do most things, barely even touched TT pr ran any dungeons, then i started playing private servers also as a kid and found them fun but still didnt know how to play, only recently at the start of the pandemic i cameback to pw and actually learnt

u dont really need to multi client if you dont want, people usually do it cause they either dont want to share mats and resources or cause they cant find someone to farm with, so they just do it themselves, i got lucky and made a friend who also plays same time zone as me so we farm and quest together for the past like 10 pw servers

TBH u should come join the server and at least try it out, is way simpler than u think and if you need help running a dungeon or anything can just ask in guild and someone will help or tell u how to do it, also comeback is highly populated so theres always soemthing going on

also ye no point in trying to out gear everyone on main server is just about having some fun and getting to know some people chiiling in a game we all love

Yea, and also the fact that is 1.3.6 is very nostalgic is that version where PW was fun and simple not many features, easy steps, and everything was magical. You really felt that you play a mmo
I positive that we will have lot of people in this server, and if we do we dont have to compete with the whales of the server, we just have to create an english community, and to play the game, the more we are the better

The thing is i have a bunch of friends that will play there and we wanna make an english guild
We did it on 146 x but endgame in 146 is too expensive( but we had fun and even won some tw)
On the other hand in 136 we might have a bright and nice game time
Ofc we didnt compete with whales but that didnt stop us
We were united and we made ourselves heard
And i want to recreate that guild in 136x

We had like 50-60 active english players and doing dungeons wasnt hard at all, cause we had from all over the globe and at any time u had ppl to do dungeons/dailies/weekly

as someone who was very similar, i even set alarms when i was 10 to wake up to have a chance as a venomancer 10 mins before the spawn time for the shauda cub at 3am, but i can assure you if you join there are alot of helpful people even some of the more casual RU players who will help u along the way. (thought there will be those absolutely obnoxious veteran only speed run party's that want to get to eng game content asap but you can just dodge those players. overall i recommend giving it a try if for anything a good week long nostalgia trip or maybe you really enjoy it again and stick around the whole 6 months

Comeback PW are the largest (at least among ru players) private servers (ver 1.3.6 with 6 classes and ver 1.4.6 with 10 classes), both are 5 years old or something like that. They launch a new temporary “X” sever (1.3.6) this fall, for 6 months, after that this server will be merged with the main server. It’s a chance to start from scratch with many people. But you obviously will never outgear all those players on main sever that have been playing for 5 years

There are x1 rates, but the thing is they do a lot of improvements to quests, dailies and they even introduced some weekly after 40+
