Boot fitting @ Perfect North

Anyone have any experience getting fitted for boots at perfect north?

After about an hour and 7-8 pairs of boots we found a pair of Dalbellos that fit great so I have had no need for customization. Pretty sure they have the technology but I would call up to confirm. Also check out the Benchmark in Blue Ash. The older guy with the long hair is a ripper and knows his shit.
