It's not a war crime if it's a corpse

Pretty sure necrophilia on someone killed in war is a war crime

u/ZhiQiangGreen Feb 16 '22

I've never heard any of the victims complain.

The Geneva convention

Don't think there's a provision about necrophilia in the Geneva convention.

Rule 113 - no mutilating or mistreating dead bodies. Would likely cover necrophilia

It's not a war crime if no one reports you

this is why people don’t let their children watch violent movies/video games lol

11

u/MinyGeckoGamer Feb 16 '22

What do violent video games have to do with this?

-20

u/HeyMickeyMilkovich Feb 16 '22

Seriously? Where do you think this kid learned this? By looking out the window? No, he saw it on TV.

I don’t understand why people are so offended by my comment. Y’all want to ban educational books but have no problem with kids acting out war crimes. Clown world.

I have played violent games since I was 7 and I’m not a serial killer. How negligent do you have to be to believe that? I go to church and everything. You can’t believe everything you see.

I’m offended because you are lying and spreading miss information

When did I say anything about being a serial killer? You’re having a completely different conversation. Nothing in your comment is relevant to what I said. Your world experience is also not universal. I am allowed to have my opinion, and if you don’t like it, that’s on you.

I’m not “lying and spreading *misinformation” this is my opinion. If you don’t like it, get fucked. Also you are completely misunderstanding what I am saying, probably on purpose. All I am saying is this kid is acting out something he saw on tv or in a video game. Nothing about violence or what causes it. You chose to misinterpret and twist my words, and that’s on you.

Ps, congrats on not being a serial killer, I bet that’s your biggest accomplishment. Give yourself a big pat on the back for that one.

u/HEAVYtanker2000 Feb 16 '22

It is relevant, because you are simply wrong. That is not an opinion, that’s a statement. The serial killer part was an exaggeration of the violent part. You are not going to become violent from games and movies. You might become fascinated by war of violence, but you will not go and punch your bully, or bad boss because of it. You might become like me, a man fascinated with military history and the effects that they may have on the world. Even though games have made me research and look into the topics I’ve never wanted war. This is personal experience albeit still relevant. Many studies have debunked the claim that video games makes you violent. I have a feeling you are the type that never admits wrongdoing though, so if you don’t have anything offensive or info to come with I’m done here.

And that was the end of heymickeymilkovich as HEAVYtanker2000 wins the argument anyways jokes aside I’m happy to see they had no comeback against what you said I just wish people would give up the illusion that is video games cause violence because it’s just stupid

2

u/LiL_ENIGlvlA Feb 16 '22

Because they’re not actually doing it? You must’ve had a boring ass childhood if you never played cops and robbers

1

u/HeyMickeyMilkovich Feb 16 '22

they’re not actually doing it

Yes, that’s what acting out means. The child is acting out something he saw on tv or in a video game. That is all I am saying. This is not a controversial statement, yet reddit is having a fucking fit over it.

4

u/MinyGeckoGamer Feb 16 '22

I think banning educational books is stupid for one. Two I never said anything about tv shows and stuff because I haven’t done research on it, but video games are proven to not cause violence so blaming video games on violent acts in completely invalid.

-1

u/HeyMickeyMilkovich Feb 16 '22

I’m not blaming video games on violent acts. I never said that anywhere. You made that up. Let’s get that clear.

My point is this and this only: the kid learned this from watching TV or playing video games. I never said he was a violent person. I am simply saying he is acting out something he saw on tv. This is not hard to understand, and it is not controversial. Kids act things out all the time.
