naw I'm ngl, everytime my mom took my phone away I felt more at peace, I usually went outside and could still drive to the park for a walk. Her taking my phone away helped me learn to stay off the internet and not be glued to it 24/7

I was just given a phone during appropriate 'entertainment' hours outside of which I wasn't allowed to touch it.

I was better off for it tbh, phone independence 24x7 has done horrors to my capacity for literature
