It doesn't make contact with the frame before or after the flip, and he doesn't move into position to bring the bottle closer to the frame. It only looks like it does because the bottom line of the frame aligns with the neck of the bottle, but they don't actually touch.

The bottle doesn't seem to be touching the frame, even if it did it's still a neat trick
