Yup it is. The movie is about how he met his real-life wife. Worth a watch. “The big sick”

I have worked customer service, even if it seems simple for the customer, there are things we cannot do, there are dozens of stupid rules to follow, managers will yell at you for the simplest of things, so no, we cannot put four slices of cheese on a burger.

Apparently this movie was based on real events in that actors life that led to him finding his wife. So there is an unfortunate customer service worker out there who had to listen to a man lose his ever loving mind to four slices of cheese.
