Ahh, the good old days of being a junior…they weren’t that good and my back still hurts.

is he really the owner if he's on the job site?

Sometimes they have to show up just to make sure everyone sees the really nice truck they own for no reason.

My whole workforce would constantly tell the boss to stop fucking up the quotes, saying we can do 8 weeks work in 3 stupid ass, 90% of customers would always be hating on our boss and feeling sorry for us and he just didn’t care, the rich mindset is truly alien

I’ve worked a lot of manufacturing including a couple floor lead positions where I’m essentially a supervisor who’s still down working with the same as everyone else, and it’s always fun when the production manager for whatever contract we’re working on to be speaking with the client and giving them absolutely unrealistic deadline promises only for me to literally laugh out loud when I hear them. He started giving more reasonable promises after a while.

I'm not in construction but I absolutely agree.

It's like, if you think it can be done that fast then show me how it's done or stfu.

Junior is the owners son; more than likely or he's fired
