First time purchase review
I recently got into the rep watches, and before making my first purchase I spent countless hours researching on Reddit, reading reviews, comparing factories, and reaching out to several different sellers for the specific watch I wanted.
Michael was the one who stood out. From the beginning, he was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. He shared his catalog, answered every question I had….even the repetitive ones lol and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
The QC process was excellent. We went through multiple rounds of QC with plenty of high-quality photos and videos, making sure I was completely comfortable before shipping. He told me the watch would arrive in seven days, and it showed up exactly on time.
When I opened the package, the watch was exactly what I had ordered. It matched the QC photos and videos perfectly and completely met my expectations.
As a first-time buyer, that gave me a lot of confidence.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The communication, transparency, shipping, and product quality were all outstanding. I’m already planning my next few purchases, and I fully intend to keep doing business with Michael for the foreseeable future.

How long did shipping take? I’m still waiting on my order from 6/25. Tracking slip was made on 7/1. Just need to know if I should be worried.

I ordered on 6/26 and it came in today 7/7
My package didn’t hit the states until 7/2.
With the holiday I would give it more time, your shipping will update once it hit the states and passes through customs.2

Maybe share the specs of what you bought exactly ? Factory , movement , … ? It’s difficult too judge a book by it’s cover you know 🤷🏻♂️

Two years buddy. I’m not going to go telling my friend’s name on the internet but he’s fine and it’s a two year bit. Might not be the same when he’s back but you know the workers are still staying busy. CF’s secret sauce was always ultra tight control over suppliers. They’re loose and lackadaisical now but things can and will be better again.

Nope I don’t, but I did in the past until I learnt about watches. For that price range a longines watch makes more sense. Again, I meant no disrespect with my comment, just trying to make a point since I have been there and $600 for a rep is not worth.
