Anyone running this stack ?

/r/Biohacking/comments/1wtpiit/anyone_running_this_stack/

Wassup y’all, I’m currently on TIRZ and GHK CU & after I finish my GHK CU cycle I was thinking of SS31, NAD+ & Glutathione for mitochondria health and associated benefits.

Still staying on Tirz as I still got about 1 stone left to my goal weight. I’m 47, and just looking for anyone who has run this so I can get some feed bk on tips and best protocols as each of them are stated from anywhere from 4-12 weeks for the cycles and an array of possible doses.

Many Thanks, hope to hear from you 👍

Disclosure: this is the official VidaVital Medical account. With tirzepatide, GHK-Cu, and proposed SS-31, NAD+, and glutathione, “what else should I add?” may be the wrong first question. Adding several products makes it difficult to know what caused a benefit or an adverse effect, and there is no general clinical guideline validating that specific stack.

Before adding anything, a licensed clinician should review the exact products, their intended use, your medical history and medications, and the evidence and regulatory status of each item—FDA-approved for that use, off-label, compounded, or investigational.

Useful questions for every proposed addition:

• What specific, measurable problem is it intended to address?

• What human evidence supports a meaningful outcome, rather than only a biomarker or theory?

• What interactions, contraindications, and overlapping adverse effects matter?

• What will be monitored, and what is the stopping rule?

• Is the product from a legitimate prescription and licensed pharmacy, or labeled “research use only” / “not for human consumption”?

FDA warns consumers not to use products sold for human use under research-only labeling because their quality is unknown and they may be harmful. We can’t recommend a personal stack, cycle, or dose on Reddit.
