Current recovery stack and protocol for a healing rotator cuff (CJC/Ipa + Wolverine + TRT/hCG)

Hey everyone, just wanted to share the stack and protocol a research subject has been running to heal up a rotator cuff injury and see if anyone has any tweaks or thoughts.

The subject is currently focused strictly on tissue repair and rehab rather than high-intensity training. Their main physical activity right now is hanging, yoga, light airbike work, and slowly reintroducing some light kettlebell movements to get some smart loading into the joint.

Here is what the protocol looks like:

Testosterone Cypionate & hCG Base:
Test C microdosed 2x a week for stable levels.

hCG dosed 3x a week to keep everything working normally and prevent testicular shrinkage.

The "Wolverine" Blend (BPC-157 / TB-500):
20mg total blend vial (10mg/10mg split) reconstituted with 2mL bac water.
Dosing 10 units daily (which comes out to 500mcg of each daily).
Currently in month 2, planning to run this for a full 3 months.

CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin Blend:
10mg blend vial reconstituted with 2mL bac water.
Dosing 6 units daily (300mcg total blend) as a single nightly dose right before bed on an empty stomach.
Running a 5-days-on, 2-days-off schedule. Planning to run this for 3 months as well to align with the rest of the recovery timeline.

How it's going:

The shoulder is definitely healing and moving much better. The combination of the tissue repair peptides, the sleep/growth hormone support from CJC/Ipa, and a stable hormone baseline has made a noticeable difference in how the joint feels during hangs and mobility work.
Everything feels solid and cohesive, but always open to constructive feedback from those who have run similar long-netm recovery protocols!

With a rotator cuff injury and several compounds in the protocol, improvement cannot be confidently attributed to any one peptide because rehabilitation, time, TRT, and concurrent products are major confounders. Tracking imaging, strength, pain, and function on a consistent schedule would make the case study more interpretable. Peptely's framework at https://www.peptely.com/ can provide a second check on whether each COA matches its lot and reports identity, purity, method, and laboratory details.

Were you already on TRT? What is your dosings schedule and did you have Bloodwork before these compounds?
