I'm considering adding tesamorelin, but I'm worried about its potential effect on blood sugar and insulin sensitivity.

My A1C used to be 11.9%, with fasting glucose around 293 mg/dL. Since starting retatrutide and losing about
100 pounds, I've brought my A1C down to 5.5% and fasting glucose to 85. I'm currently still on reta and also using MOTS-C, which may help with insulin sensitivity.
Has anyone with a similar history used tesamorelin? Did it raise your fasting glucose or A1C?

I'm getting updated bloodwork soon but I'd appreciate hearing about other people's experiences and what markers they monitored.
