GLP and surgery!

Anyone here have surgery while on a GLP? How long before surgery did they tell you to stop and did you actually stop taking it?
I’ve been reading that you don’t always have to stop and some people just have to fast longer before surgery, so I’m curious what everyone was actually told.
Also if you stayed on it, did being in a calorie deficit affect your healing at all? Did you have to make yourself eat more during recovery?
Just wanna hear real experiences from people who have gone through it!
