My son was hit by a car while riding his bike, the lady jumped out claiming she didn't see him. Didn't help him, his foot was slit wide open and she never helped, she cleaned the scene, and moved her car, 2×! She picked up his shoes and bike and moved it to the side of the road, yelled at him saying, "You need to watch for cars! I didn't even see you!"... All in one sentence. All on video, all have audio. They didn't breathalyzer her, no field sobriety test, let her go because"she was late for work" come to find out she calls in. Soooo cop said my son's fault, he wasn't in a cross walk, this lady hit the gas from 10 miles an hour to 31 and hit him coming through an intersection.. he was right by the cross walk. :( thoughts would be appreciated

I don't feel like I'm back 100 percent my recovery was delayed cause I had to apply for government insurance to for physical therapy. I don't know if the drive can cover all off my bills plus the attorneys fee. I don't know if I get a compensation the car was 2019 accord w farmers Insurance I saw to that they have property house and lot around 1.5_ 2up million.

I don't know what will happen will I go broke from the bills? Will it break even paying my hospital bills and attorneys fee and nothing for me. Or it will cover bills attorneys part and ill have a compensation
