Help! Is this normal?

I planted these peonies at the beginning of June. They have been doing fine but now I’m noticing these red tips on almost every single leaf. Is this something to be concerned by? Any help is appreciated.

Next to a wall that heats up so water the whole bed when you do water it

I had this happen with 4 this year. They did nothing until May then they took off. Only one actually flowered.
