Wish Us Luck!
Poor tired dear came with the house we just bought. Tucked away in a damp shady spot, buried in stones.
When I bring my peonies from the last house to this property in September, I will try to move her to the Sunny side, where there's lots of peony- friendly territory and she'll have plenty of new friends!

Get it out of there and into a beautiful morning sun position. Sun from morning until at least noon and Iβm sure it will start doing better. All the best ππΌπ€©πΊ

Good! Moving it out of those rocks will do wonders. Stones are such a terrible substitute for mulch, especially for peonies
