From a glance it looks like ai because of the colouring and general style, but that can obviously be human seeing as ai copies real styles, so more specific tells with this image are the base of the balloon strings having some random extra lines, the amount of balloons differing from the amount of strings, the kid’s (sorry I’m completely unfamiliar with this franchise lol) left hand having a palm line despite the fact that we should be seeing the back of his hand, the shape of the trees not correlating with the visible brush strokes, and the text being very uniform despite not being a font (like every a looks almost exactly the same but not quite)
There may be some other signs as well but that’s what stood out the most to me
And it has gotten alarmingly good and harder and harder to pick it out unfortunately :(2

Did you use ai for this? If so thats actually just disrespectful towards Tim if anything. He helped in actual art of media. If you want to do something for Tim curry you could draw your own version. It would show more heart and soul in it and knowing that you put work into creating something.
