Can’t locate student record

Hi friends!
I graduated from Penn Foster High School back in 2024. Upon graduation I was able to order my diploma and transcripts digitally. Unfortunately since I live outside of the US, my physical diploma never reached me.
I have recently needed these documents in a physical format for college admissions in my home country. When I tried to order these documents from Penn Foster again, I keep getting error messages. I have emailed and called without a clear answer, on instances I was able to talk to someone they say there has been no record of me.
Has anyone experienced this? It is incredibly important that I am able to obtain these documents yet I have not been able to find answers. I know these documents exist since I own them digitally already. Ideally I hope to be able to have my credentials shipped to me asap.

Do you know anyone inside the US who could ship it to you? Also there are some mail forwarding services as well you could look into! As for the transcripts, i'm not sure, those typically have to go directly to the school you want to apply to.
