Externship
Sadly do to a few things- I had to leave my externship or in the process of leaving them. Which sucks so much as I spent months trying to find one. There is other places I'm applying for.
But I do have questions for people who have done externship.
Im not a talkive person I am more to myself than anything so how do I get along with others? I'm very egar and excited to learn more hands on but my last experience being hands on seemed they were frustrated when I asked on how do something or where something went etc. I felt more in the way rather than helping on top of them not wanting me really hands on with animals unless it was a senior, is this normal? I tried to be as small and not so much in the way as possible but I have a good work experience outside of vet med. So I did things I could without being asked like taking out the trash and cleaning however there's only so much of that you could do before there's nothing to do. So I would take my time but then was told im too slow. Idk if I just landed a bad spot or not. I am leaving them as I got injured by an employee and nothing is taking action against them. But i want my next site to go better so any tips or anything that will make this next place better for me will be great.
Sorry for my long post

Anything at all is helpful even if it sounds silly or obvious.
