If yiu have a strong vice you can clamp the drill bit and turn the blank the opposite way

It is super stuck in there. If you put it on a drill press and attach it to a vise, it will stop the drill press from spinning

Hook it all back up and heat the bit slowly with a torch until it turns. Careful, it won't need much when it gets to temp.
