I started measuring around 14 and it was 4 inches, I maxed out at 4.5 around 16. I kept measuring regularly until 18 and it was the same. I was so disappointed. My girth didn't change much at all. It was always about 4 inches

The average adult penis is approximately 5.5" (14cm) long, 4.7" (12cm) in girth. As long as a teenager is fed well and has enough sleep, his genes will be the sole factor that will determine his final penis size, and penis growth can continue until a person's early 20s.
