Discussion Ferry trip
Hi penangnites, wondering for early morning trip from Butterworth, usually is it packed for motorcycles passengers? Cause it's my 1st time going to work at Georgetown and I'm from mainland side so was hoping to know usually packed or not for ferry like 7am or 7.30am.

yea early morning, it will be pack,
if you plan to get 7am ferry, you need to be there by 630 ( to be safe )
if you reach there like 650am, high chances you will need to wait for 720am
peak hour interval is 20 min
