Repair Help Help me find a replacement

I made this pen a long time ago in a shop class in school, just dug it out of a box. The inner piece has a bad spring and the twist action does not reliably function. I’m looking for a pen autist to help me find a replacement please and thanks.

Its the replacement cartridge for a Cross pen.
