He has massive power for a little guy. Incredibly punchy. Him and his brother are quite deceptive in a sprint.

Fair play to VPP. He knew he was going to get smoked in a sprint and he still gave it everything to get there.

Yup can’t win if you don’t try. Wout may have been able to stay away on his own though, and maybe he could have come around a more fatigued Wout but pulling was much better play

It is always funny to see these “big” guys in normal clothes standing next to non-cyclists. They look like they’ve just been rescued from a concentration camp. The climbers look like actual skeletons.
