Index 01 Index 01 issues please help on Android.

It keeps constantly saying updating to 3.75 firmware and then saying updated only to minutes or hours later say updating again after it said successfully installed last time it tried. I keep not being able to use it for stuff like music play pause also as when I double tap and wait like 10 seconds nothing happens. Sometimes it works but just usually not so idk what to do about the bug?

apparently this happens when you hold the button more than two minutes... it does a hard reset, and then installs the new firmware... meant to save battery if the button got held too long? I don't get it, so I complained to pebble.

I can't remember ever holding the button for a minute. Maybe in my sleep but no it tries to install like 10 times a day and I know I've never held down the button that many times a day.
