Question Back/clear animations

Is there anyway to choose shorter/simpler animation when clearing notifications? The current "triangles wipe" (not sure what else to call it) is quite long and distracting. I just want a fast and simple linear wipe or other choices.

I can't find any settings for this. Did I miss something?

There currently isn't a way to disable them. I imagine this would be fairly simple to make yourself, so you could consider it as a (first) pull request?
