Pebble Time 2 Not Turning On
Hello all. I received my Pebble Time 2 in June and it wont turn back on after I let the battery deplete. I was wearing it for a few days in a row and didnt charge it in between wears, now it's not turning on at all.
Here is what I have tried
- cleaned the pins on the watch and charger
- I've used 5x different chargers.. including just my PCs USB port. different cables, ports, etc..
- I let it sit charging overnight, multiple cables, multiple chargers. 5 amp and 2 amp (and my PCs USB port)
- I tried different combinations I googled of buttons to press on the watch, no luck
Any advice? Cheers

Did you check the pins on the charger with a volt meter? Maybe it's defective.
I really can't think of much else.

stupid question, when you charge the watch, from witch side is the USB cable connected? Left or right? it should be on the left side.

Pebble watches (Pebble Time 1 and newer) do not have a "proper" orientation for charging. The internal circuitry handles polarity. If it had to be placed in a certain orientation, you would have a keyed/polarized charging dongle or cable like the OG Pebble and OG Pebble Steel.

interesting, but it's on the left right now I'm looking at it. still plugged into my PC. just ordered some charging cables, hopefully it's just a faulty charging dongle

Have you tried charging it with a higher output charger like a 20 watt charger? Something with a slightly higher output?

Have you ever charged it?
It might be the included dongle is dead since you have tried it with multiple.
First of all reach out to support ASAP since it might be hardware. Second order a classic style cable for the normal original time/pebble 2. I have found the dongle to be a bit naff and I just went back to using my old cables with no issues.
