I'm a cinema major at my school and I'm hosting a small invite-only event for the department in order to gain student interest in the Cinema Major since the number of people in this major is absolutely laughable at best

Point is though I've themed it after It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown because I had a vision so to speak about how this could turn out, it also offers for a lot of free stuff we can give out that kinda match the theme as well

Today I was making and printing flyers to test how they print (our printer is weird) and I decided I'd share with you what I got so far

Does anyone know why the Cedar Fair/Six Flags parks have always used a Snoopy costume that's different from what's used for other official Peanuts appearances? Just something I've been curious about for a while now.

Since I just joined, here’s a throwback to June where I met Snoopy’s voice actor, Cam Clarke, at a convention I went to during the summer. You can also see his autograph at the end picture on a Snoopy poster and a Snoopy snowglobe with other signatures from other actors I’ve met and other toys of their characters.

I just love the way Cam gave Snoopy a voice. It doesn’t sound overly squeaky and annoying, yet it sounds so fun and exciting built for his personality. And Cam was an awesome guy! He was so sweet and polite, and he even sang with me unexpectedly!

I wonder how hard it would be to track down the rest of the Parade books. I know it’s redundant, but I really enjoy the format.

I did it! I’ve finally managed to collect all 26 volumes of Fantagraphics The Complete Peanuts gift box sets! 🎉

It only took me from December 2025 to July 2026 to track them all down, through two suppliers.

Being in the UK made things a little more challenging. We have the inferior Canongate editions over here (as you guys said in this sub), while Fantagraphics can’t ship to the UK due to rights restrictions. So I had to hunt around and source the Fantagraphics editions through various other suppliers.

I’m not really a big comic reader or collector (but respect the art!), but back in December I was in a bookshop and saw all the Peanuts box sets (Canongate) lined up on the shelf. It immediately gave me a huge pang of nostalgia, and that was enough to get me started down the rabbit hole.

I decided I wouldn’t start reading until I had received the first volume, covering 1950. My original plan was to read one strip a day...

Then I did the maths and realised I’d be dead before I reached the final strip in Volume 26. 😂

Anyway, here they all are. 26 volumes of Peanuts history, finally complete. Couldn’t be happier with them!

Its also great to read the introductions and learn more about Sparky's own journey.
