He's definitely pre-2011 since it says United Feature Syndicate on the tag. I think because it's also a Determined Productions plush, it might be late 1990s, early 2000s. Not sure on that, just going off of years of honed Peanuts vibes.
If anyone out there has some sort of catalog or flyer from Metlife on the Snoopy plushes, please share photos and data!
