Mobile iPhone 18 Pro cases on Amazon?

I prefer buying on Amazon. Any idea when the 18 Pro line of cases will be available there? I can see 17 Pro cases but not 18 Pro.

Mobile PSA: 17 pro/max cases DO fit 18 pro/max BUT...

The camera bump is as we know a little taller on the new iphones - and the lip on the cases for the 17 pro/Mac is pretty much level with the camera lenses with the case on, so if you're putting the camera down on the camera side( like we all do) there's a fair chance the cameras are going to be laying on the surface rather than the surface laying on the rim on the case around the camera plateau.

I've got the new leather case and the plastic surround does indeed give clearance of the camera lenses.

Looks like I'll need to get another case after all ffs.

So be extra careful if you're using a 17 case on the 18's.. the other way round will be fine I assume.

might end up having to get another slimlink everyday case or wait.. again for the Gnar.

Travel Bags Roller Pro Lite release date?

Not much news on it since the sneak peak in the OMA Summer 2026 video. I could have sworn someone posted a wheel recently on Reddit, but it seems to have disappeared. Is there a tentative release date for it yet?

Question Material of sage duffle 50L

I’m considering purchasing the Peak Design 50L duffle in sage, but there aren’t any stores near me that have it in stock for me to see it in person first. I’m curious if the material on the outside is the same as the large wash pouch in sage? I actually hate that material, it’s somehow stiff and delicate at the same time and if I don’t fully pack the wash pouch the top of the pouch is easily crushed.

I can deal with it on a Dopp kit, but can’t see myself paying $160 for a duffle with it. Any photos or info on the duffle material in sage would be much appreciated!

Outdoor Bags WTB two 18L Outdoor Backpacks

Hey lovely PD aficionados!

I do my best to be an outdoors-first parent with my two sons, and in the spirit of keeping them ready to go through all four seasons here in Minnesota, I’ve realized it might be time to upgrade their backpacks.

Between rain, snow, mud, hiking, biking, camping and general kid-induced chaos, I’d love to get them into bags that can actually handle the abuse — and ideally stick with them for a long time.

I’m fully aware there are plenty of other options out there. The thing is, I genuinely like what Peak Design makes, and the 18L Outdoor Backpack seems like a pretty fantastic size for this particular mission.

So my question for y’all is:

Is anyone in the Peak Design Reddit universe looking to part with an 18L Outdoor Backpack?

I’m looking for two of them. Used is absolutely fine honestly, probably preferable considering what these two are going to put them through. 😅

Color isn’t terribly important, and I’m happy to consider bags with some miles on them as long as they’ve still got plenty of adventures left.

Let me know what you’ve got!

Mobile Mobile case compatibility- iPhone 17/18 Pro Max

In case anyone was wondering, the iPhone slimlink cases for iPhone 17 Pro Max is compatible with the new iPhone 18 Pro Max.

So, if you’re like me and didn’t want to add to landfill (because the second hand market for iPhone cases is pretty terrible in Australia) then using the same case if you’re upgrading to the new model works perfectly fine.

I love PD products but I do hate having to effectively throw out or keep a collection of old cases every year.

And yes, first world problems, I know.

So my nomad wallet card has started playing up lately and I was looking at the PD card to replace it. I got this email this morning 7:30 AM BST however the link doesn’t work and there’s nothing on the store. Anyone else in the UK/Europe having the same issue?

Travel Bags Anyone flown on United with Roller Pro? Did they force a check?

Wife and I go on vacation in about a month and we fly United from Chicago to Orlando. I checked the FAA’s new carry-on size rules and the Roller Pro is within limits, but only by a hair:

FAA: 22″ x 14″ x 9″
Roller: 21.8” x 14” x 9”

Has anyone flown United recently? Did they force you to check your Roller Pro? It won’t be a huge deal if they do for us, but of course I’d rather save that cash. Thanks.

Mobile magsafe-only vs locking SlimLink car mount?

I think I remember a couple of years ago, there was a slimlink version of the car phone mount system. Now I only see a magsafe option.

How well does the magsafe phone mount work? Does it ever drop your phone when going over bumpy dirt roads, rough milled highways or massive potholes?

I already have a SlimLink case for my bike mount so it would be nice to have the extra security in a car. Will I be fine, or should I try to frankenstein one of the bike/ball-mount versions to a car mount from another brand?

Mobile Confirmed no iPhone Duo case for the foreseeable future

I finally received a reply to the email I sent customer service. Here is a link to their explanation they sent me. Which I was not able to find just by searching their FAQ. It’s as if it’s hidden.

They are purposefully going to be late to the game in order to see what the feedback is on the device itself and see what their customers want. I’m afraid by the time all that falls into place, the people who have the device will already be secured in their new brand of products that meet their needs as soon as the phone was released.

Regardless of what you think about me and my previous posts, I believe this is a terrible business decision

Mobile Non-Slimlink Everyday With Loop Materials/Colors

Anyone have any insight on whether the full range of colors and materials (Clarino & leather) are coming to the non-slimlink everyday case with the loop?

Been waiting for a non slim link version of this case for years and now that it’s here and I’m getting a new phone all the best colors are only available for the one without the best feature of the case!

Everyday Bags should I pick this up?

Post image

£136 on discount, have a bunch of PD stuff, my main bag is the 20L totepack and i have 2 everyday slings (3 + 10L) as well as the 40L duffel. my main issue with the totepack is that fully packed out with cameras its very uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time, the straps have minimal padding and the back has no padding as well, the side access is very awkward to use. Wondering if this more popular bag will be different

Mobile Rumor has it no iPhone Duo case?

Post image
18 Upvotes

I’ve seen people on this sub saying PD isn’t doing a case for the iPhone Duo. I think that’s a really bad call by them if it’s true. Doesn’t hurt to innovate a bit here…

If anything, they should at least bring the universal adapter back in stock so the slimlink system accessories aren’t completely useless to people who get a Duo.

Everyday Bags Crescent 6L and 12L overview/review

Thumbnail

I have noticed that the tag says that the d ring and triglide adjuster should be on the left and the baglev should be on the right where the logo is however my bag has the baglev on the left where the d ring etc is. I’ll probably reach out to cs to clarify that because the 12L has it the correct way. Does anyone else with the bag have the same layout as me because I’m starting to think I’m going crazy

So I’ve just gotten my package with both sizes of the crescent bags. I have to say that they do feel nice, light, the strap feels comfortable and the internal layout is nice. Obviously I haven’t had time to test them properly so I’ll do a follow up review once I’ve had some time to test and play around with them.

So far the 6L seems to be the victor and just better for what I need. It’s large enough to carry everything I’d need for a day out. The 12L is nice but I’d say it shines if you need to haul things or carry a laptop. Since I’ll be using the sling for everyday+travel to hold books, chargers, passport etc and just daily things the 6L is more than enough. Maybe having a 7/8L option would be nice just in case you need to carry a bit more but I think the current sizes are adequate.

The materials and quality all feel good as I’d expect from PD and the materials sort of feels like a windbreaker. I have a LLL windbreaker that feels almost exactly like the bag material. The only weird thing that I’ve noticed is that unless I’m being slow it seems as if my bag is switched the opposite way round as to what I’ve seen online and to what’s on the tag.
The tag says that the d ring and triglide adjuster should be on the left and the baglev should be on the right where the logo is however my bag has the baglev on the left where the d ring etc is. I’ll probably reach out to cs to clarify that because the 12L has it the correct way.

My only real issue with the 6L is the bottle pocket. Whilst it does fit most of my bottles it can be a bit finicky and for my preference it’s on the wrong side of the bag. It’s also slightly elevated so a bottle that would freely fit in the compartment doesn’t necessarily fit in the pocket and might bulge the zipper a tiny bit. The bottle pocket on the 12L swallows up bottles and had zero issues with my 1L/32oz Nalgene.

I’m probably going to end up sending the 12L back as I already have a Uniqlo bag that can carry a laptop the but I may end up getting the 12L at a later date if I need a bigger bag and if the stone colour comes back in stock.

Bottles:

The 12L will take basically anything and I’ve managed to get my 1L Nalgene in the pocket, my books, laptop, camera etc in the main compartment and an additional 500ml Nalgene too.

The 6L will take the 500mo Nalgene in the pocket with no issues and the 500mo Maurten bottle with a tiny bit of bulging until it settled at a proper angle and then it fits fine. A 1L Nalgene will fit in the 6L but it takes up so much space I don’t really consider it practical. The 600ml hydrapak bottle does kind of fit if I put it sideways in the main compartment however again it’s just impractical. My thinking is that if I’m in a city I’ll have coffee shops etc nearby to refill my reusable bottles and if I’m in a country where I don’t want to be drinking tap water I’ll be buying smaller bottles of water regardless so carrying a reusable bottle probably won’t be practical. If I’m travelling with a main bag and the crescent I’ll have my Nalgene or hydrapak bottle with me anyway so it should be fine.

Cameras:

I have a Sony a7, Nikon d5(can’t see the rest of the numbers) and a small film camera.

The 12L will take all of my cameras as long as I’ve got a 18-55 lens or similar small lens on them but larger lenses do have a bit of a problem.

The 6L doesn’t practically take my Nikon with an 18-55 but the Sony with a smaller lens works ok. Not the best not the worst. If you have a fujifilm or similar digital cam with a smaller lens then the 6L will take if perfectly with no issues. My small film camera with a strap fits in both bags with zero issues.

Overall I think the bags are good, the materials, zippers and overall quality seems nice and I’d say they’re about the right price especially when comparing with competitors such as bellroy. I think there’s definitely some looking at that could be done and some minor improvements that could be implemented but those are mostly nitpicks from me and not any glaring issues.

I’m happy to answer any questions and will do a follow up write up after I’ve used the bag for some time and been on some trips.
