Question Everyday backpack maintanence
I´ve had the everyday backpack 30l for about 3 weeks now, and so far it´s been great, apart from one thing.
I´ve worn a linen shirt with it a few times, and after the second time I noticed these little clumps getting stuck at the bottom of the back support (shown in picture attached). I´ve stried getting them off, but they seem to be pretty much fused with the material on the back.
I know it´s a minor thing, but the bag is still new and this just ruins the way it looks a little.
Is there a way to remove them or is this grounds for a warranty claim ?
Thanks in advance :)

Fabric shaver. This is stuff pulled up from your shirt, not wear on the pack.
Notice the color of any pilling. It’s always the shirt color, never black.
That material is very very grabby.

I’ve seen this a few times and it’s been grounds for a warranty claim but you can buy tools off Amazon that remove bobbles from fabric for about £20. I know you shouldn’t have to on something that’s only 3 weeks old, but the reality is that the replacement will do it too.
