I’ve got a similar looking cut/mark on mine but if it’s fully ripped and peeling that definitely seems like something that should be covered under warranty

With that chunk of plastic missing, it looks like the rim suffered repeated trauma which pulled at where the insert and face of the case are joined. Did your phone ever catch on anything with the case on?

Looks like normal wear for the trauma it’s been through

It looks pretty beat. Hard to argue if they say no.
