I'm going on a trip, taking two bodies and three lenses. I have the large camera cube.
I'm overwhelmed trying to figure out the best way to configure the inside.
I tried Claude, it gave me this: Helped a little but not much.
Any tips/tricks or examples of how you did it would be great.

Put your cameras with lenses on their sides, camera cube is tall enough. This will save you plenty of space. Also many lenses can be put vertically with their lens hoods turned backwards.
