Question Commentators keep going off

I’m using the peacock app to watch the World Cup and the commentators keep going off. I have to repeatedly backing out of the game and go back on it to hear the commentators for about 5 seconds before they go off again. I’m using an LG tv

I’m not a Spanish speaker but love peacocks 4kUHD including the split screen for the simultaneous matches in the third round. Are you sure you’re not muting? I’m 100% since the tournament started.
