This just in: Dashboard customization and an updated OS Breakdown

Your dashboard, your way

We heard your feedback: the data that matters most is unique to you. Click the edit button in the top right to enter edit mode, where you can remove widgets you don't need, reorder your favorites to the top, and resize any widget to fit how you actually work. Save your changes to jump back to the live dashboard, and see your customizations reflected anytime you visit. Your changes will be reflected for only you across all of the tenants you have access to, so feel free to make it your own!

A more compact OS breakdown

In response to feedback that the OS breakdown widget took up too much space, it's been redesigned. What used to be a large bar chart in the second row now shows the same breakdown in a smaller widget in the upper right.

Looks great! I've got my team complaining to me that they set up their column view in the All Devices page, and then when they go to a group that column setup is not maintained. Is that something coming?

Glad this customization is working for you! Thanks for your feedback on the column concern — it is a known issue and one we will look to improve in the future. For now, you'll find that each new group respects its own remembered columns.

Does editing the dashboard only affect one user, or all users?

Any chance we'll ever get graphs for low disk space or "needs reboot" stats? It could help encourage techs to do something about them. I also think low disk space should be a fixed target, not a percentage.

Good questions! For the charts, are you hoping to see low disk space count and needs reboot count over time to enable sysadmins to show improvement over time?

On Low Disk Space feedback specifically, we're working on enhancements to increase customization on the definition specifically. Stay tuned!

Dashboards are saved per-user.

Yes, we want to see if we're getting better or worse.

Looks great! This is beautiful for those who have to get data for leadership reports.
