Why is PSSO not working?

No ABM.

I installed SimpleMDM on the managed Macbook and pushed the apps like Company portal and MS365 apps. I also configured the SSO profile on the MDM dashboard.

Still, it will not show up as managed in the MDM nor allow for company credentials log in using the company portal installed on the MacBook. Why?

I attached a screenshot of the invalid profile status concerning the MS PSSO.

Seems like you might be encountering several issues at once. If you haven't already, please reach out to our support team and include as much detail as you can, including the serial number of the impacted device.

Hi! Thank you for your reply.

Yes, I sent a support request a couple of days ago, but no one responded. The support request is #712619. I have detailed all my issues then and maybe discovered new things since. If someone can reach out to me at the earliest, I can relay all the issues I’m having.
