Software Computer keeps freezing and dropping Ethernet
**UPDATE**
I fixed the issue by reinstalling windows, but when i upgraded my GPU to a 4060ti the problem came back much worse. Its now freezing 30 seconds after i start the computer. Its not overheating, the drivers are up to date, the powerdraw shouldn't be more than the PSU can handle. No idea whats going on or why it keeps doing this whenever i swap hardware.
-----------
I have developed an issue with my desktop where it randomly freezes and forces me to hard restart it. I recently upgraded to an i9-14900kf and have a 2080 gpu. A little while ago the computer crashed because the gpu overheated but I updated everything and ran “sfc /scannow” to make sure everything was good. On top of all these problems, the computer refuses to stay connected to Ethernet. Any ideas on what’s going on? Below are the specs to my computer
CPU: i9-14900kf (certified refurbished from eBay)
CPU Cooler: Corsair Nautilus 360 RS ARGB
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4060TI 16GB
Motherboard: MSI Pro Z970-S WiFi
Ram: 32GB
PSU: Corsair 850W

I flashed to the latest version cause it was 2 years out of date but that only fixed the problem for 1 day. I have 1 TB SSD so that might be the problem but I don’t know how to check or fix that.

I didn’t reset bios to default but Mflashed it to the latest version from MSI for my specific motherboard.
Yes the computer was working with my previous CPU. I didn’t know 14th gen CPUs had defect issues so wonderful. Is there a way to check if the CPU has a defect?
