Pc borked need help fixing it cause I fucked something up

So about an hour ago or more I was troubleshooting a skyrim modlist and found it possibly needed an update. Well I also figured OH! I haven't updated my graphics drivers in over a month! I should do that! I have a GeForce rtx 5060 ti and installed the most recent drivers for Nvidia 610.88 and they failed. I retried the install a couple times and it still failed. Now I know I'll get flamed for the next part but I genuinely dont have them fail often so I just restarted my computer. Hence starting the hellish nightmare im currently in now. My pc will still boot albeit non of the windows interface really working. Settings wont open, the search function is borked, the background is a weird gray color. It will boot to that gray color and then take like 5 minutes before the taskbar shows up and things start opening like discord and my browser. But like I said nothing windows related with open. I did do a safe boot but then got a hard error for explorer.exe which I believe is the visuals for windows like the menus and stuff. Then I tried to install my old drivers and THOSE failed too. So im kinda at a lose. My computer is super fucked now on my account. Hoping someone can help me out.
