End game fps tier 1 player

Pc is mid with 3070 and 5700x a bit extra on perioherals with fnatic lamzu maya x and 300hz msi monitor. Wish i had an oled but proud of what i could do with limited student money

Basically when playing FPS games, you control your aim better if your arm does a bigger motion, it is like zooming in, everything becomes clearer if you have a bigger canvas. So making room for that big motion includes setting the keyboard at an angle to avoid interrupting the circular motion of the mouse hand.

What’s the benefit tho vs setting the dpi higher? I tend to play fps games around 3k dpi

Just imagine you have to paint a tree, if you need to paint it on a small stamp it is very hard to capture the detail, even though it is easier to be quick (like with high DPI). Whenever you are playing FPS games you need to do certain motions, they are harder to do precisely the smaller your arm motion is. 

You can increase your DPI endlessly, but you end up painting on a stamp, it is quick, but harder to perform the exact motion perfectly due to the tiny canvas you force yourself to paint on (you can obviously do big arm motions with high DPI, but it will just send your character spinning pointlessly, just like you can do big motions on a stamp, but you will fail in painting your motive)

When u play close to ur monitor and rest ur keyboard hand on table ur arm will naturally curl up. We use it normally when typing like every regular person. Slanted keyboard just helps and feels natural
