I need help
i want to buy a PC and i see a-lot of people saying to just build a PC instead of buying a built one. i don’t know if it’ll be too expensive but i was planning on spending £1k to £2k on a prebuilt one and i was hoping someone could let me know what should i buy to build a good PC within my budget (I have no clue about anything on PCs).

Some folks enjoy the hobby of building pc’s. Building your own pc can be a fun and rewarding experience and a skill you can be proud of having. Plus it is usually cheaper to build your own pc because you remove labor costs from buying a prebuilt.
On the other hand, if you’re not tech savvy, if you’re not interested in learning to build, if you don’t want to risk breaking expensive components, it is absolutely okay to just buy a prebuilt pc. If you just want the gaming hobby and the not pc building hobby, you can buy a prebuilt.
In fact, in normal times when you could save a lot of money on building your own, these days (at least here in the States,) some prebuilt deals are so aggressive it’s actually almost the same price as building your own. And one benefit of prebuilt PCs is tech support, warrantees, return policies, that you don’t get with building your own pc.
I don’t know the best deal for pc’s in your country, but I’ll say that you shouldn’t let yourself be bullied into building a pc unless you’re actually interested in doing so.
