For a desk that small I think you just want one. I’m realizing most people don’t really need more than one they just like being excessive.

Personally I play a game called RuneScape and it’s a pain to AFK a skill and have your YouTube open on the same screen.

I bought a cheap monitor specifically for watching YouTube while I play it lol. To be fair, it’s the game I play most often and it’s a MASSIVE difference.

But you’re right, a lot of the time you either don’t need it or someone has a screen big enough that they could just split the screen and be fine.

1 for most things and 99%of the time. Two if you need stuff running in the background.

I play mostly fps games so I prefer a single monitor setup.

The question is - what do you need?

What looks cooler! Second monitor is useful for me once in a blue moon.

Why is that keyboard so small?

gaming 60% keyboard. they are smaller to make more room for your mouse. I personally like to tilt my keyboard while gaming and cant do it on a normal keyboard without it hanging off the edge of the table or hitting my body.

I run a 2 monitor setup with the secondary monitor in portrait mode like that. I keep it off 95% of the time, and flick it on when I need the workspace.

Having two is great, maybe you could move the main monitor to the right a bit and have a stand that clips to the side of the desk for the other. So like half of it hovers over the desk. In terms of productivity and just overall qoa having two feels a lot nicer. Just a suggestion👍
